Many of the people who come to see me have various motivations for seeking therapy, but it is always about wanting to feel better. Whether we feel alone or overwhelmed by life events, want to feel more of a sense of agency in our life, or are struggling with the sometimes intolerable effects of grief or trauma, we can all greatly benefit from a safe space for our most painful emotions to land.
I strive to help people understand, explore, and heal from painful experiences. This includes grief and loss, trauma, as well as life transitions that have been more challenging and painful. Perhaps you know you have to make a change in your life, but just don’t know what it is or where to begin. I’m truly humbled by my work in helping people to find their way. Every day I’m moved and thankful for the trust and faith people put in our work together.
I feel so fortunate to be a travel companion on one of the most important journeys someone will ever take— the journey of healing, finding meaning, and seeking renewed joy in their life.
